SPRING/SUMMER Consignment Sale

March 2nd - 5th      

 Volunteers:

Would you like to volunteer to work at the sale?  If you work an 8 hour shift, you will be admitted to the premier worker's presale at 3:30pm on Wednesday, March 2nd.

If you work a 4 hour shift on Saturday during the breakdown you will be considered an 8 hour Premier worker and admitted to the Premier Worker's presale. If you work a 2 hour shift during the presale you will be considered a 4 hour worker and admitted to the 4 hour worker presale. Anyone working at least 1 hour during the breakdown (Saturday from 2:00 - 6:00pm) will be guaranteed cash payout on their sales profit.

If you work one 4 hour shift,  you will be admitted to the worker's presale at 4:30pm on Wednesday, March 2nd.  And don't forget about our new incentive, if you refer a consignor with 30 approved items and work a 4 hour shift, you will receive 80% payout on all your items.

Please check the volunteer section after you register for available shifts and descriptions.  You do not have to be a seller to volunteer. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT VOLUNTEERING TO WORK?

WHO MAY VOLUNTEER?  Anyone who is energetic and enthusiastic!!  PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN TO YOUR WORK SHIFT!

VOLUNTEERS WILL BE NEEDED BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE SALE.  Once you are scheduled, we rely on you to keep your commitment to working your scheduled shift.  If for any reason you cancel your work-shift and do not find a replacement for yourself, a $25.00 fee will be deducted from your final check (unless you schedule and work another shift or find a replacement for your shift).  If you are uncertain that you can commit your time, please do not schedule to work.  We immensely appreciate all those who offer their time...thank you in advance!  We know attending the Presale is well worth the effort!! 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to sign-in, find out specific duties, get a name tag and get situated.  When your shift is over, sign out before you leave.
