FALL/WINTER  Consignment Sale

Vendors/Booths 

Due to the large amount of space that we have at Lakewood 400, we offer small businesses and vendors an opportunity to participate in our sale. As a vendor you can set up a table during our Vendor Meet and Greet on the opening night of our sale. For the cost of $45.00 you can set up a table in the lobby and mingle with our shoppers and consigners. On opening night we make a very big deal about our sponsors. This gives you great exposure!

We open to the public at 6pm on Wednesday night. At 5pm on Wednesday, we will have the Vendor Meet and Greet. You will be set up in the lobby and we will allow our shoppers to come in the doors early, only to mingle and shop with you.

We ask that you have your table set up no later than 4:30pm on Wednesday. We suggest that you bring items to sell, business cards and door prizes to offer at our raffles during the night. We will also be offering goody bags to the first 100 shoppers. Sponsors will be allowed to include approved marketing pieces and/or freebies. This is also a big draw for our shoppers and gives you even more exposure.

You can move your table into the main exhibit hall and stay set up during our sale for a fee of $65.00. This includes your cost to set up at the Vendor Meet and Greet and to stay set up during the sale.

You need to bring your own table, supplies, etc. If you choose to leave your table/booth unattended, we are not responsible for anything lost or stolen.

We will be sending out special emails to our mailing list to advertise the Vendor Meet and Greet. We will list all the vendors and include your information on our website. Please be sure to forward all your information that you want posted on the website. Once we have received payment we will update the website.
